Cut potatoes leave on peel into 8 wedges each. Put in a mixing bowl and add 1 1/2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1/4 teaspoon salt and a little pepper. Mix until wedges are coated. Put on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 60 minutes, turning them occasionally until crisp and golden.

I was so excited to see this topic come in because my boyfriend absolutely loved these growing up and always got them from the convenience store by his house. I have a question though, does anyone have a recipe for these with breading? I'm pretty sure that the ones he used to get actually had a breading on them.
