Never tried quiche? This is an easy recipe and you may really like it!
Cook bacon and crumble. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine bacon, cheese and onions in well-greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg (optional).
Bake 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center of quiche comes out clean.

This is a fun quiche to make; no crust. Very simple. You can add more veggies or use as many eggs as you like. You can also make or purchase a crust.
Saute sausage, onions, and peppers, until sausage is cooked and onions, and peppers are soft. Whisk eggs, cream, and spices together. Fold into sausage and pepper mixture.
I often make a crustless quiche to use up leftovers or veggies that I over bought. . .
These wonderful cheese quiche squares make a great appetizer or snacks.
