When a casserole calls for a bread crumb topping, try using cheese-flavored or other flavored crackers instead. Crush them up, top your casserole with them, and drizzle on some butter or margarine and bake.
When your cheese puffs go stale, just spread them on a cookie sheet and bake on about 350 degrees F. for a minute or two, it doesn't take long and they are fresh and crispy again!
