Call the help center number in the directions. I have had to call before and they will tell you what to do to fix your hair color.

From the hairdresser:
hello. I guess you sure do have a problem. please remember that when you use a store brand hair dye, use one or 2 colors lighter. remove 2 tablespoons of developer, the peroxide and then mix color.

this will prevent reds from showing up.This only works for light browns to black. if you would like more information, please contact me

I'm so sorry that women insist on dyeing/bleaching their hair. Why bother? Live with the color you have, be it brown, black, gray, etc.
