Mix the three ingredients together and drop by teaspoon full onto lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Will be slightly soft. Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet.
That's it! Super simple cookies with just a few ingredients. So yummy!

I had a recipe for peanut butter cookies, that only used 3 things to make them. I have misplaced it and was wondering if anyone would happen to know what it is.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large mixer bowl, beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well.
Combine 1 cup sugar, I cup peanut butter and 1 egg. Mix well, roll into 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork.
