I like to think of this as a fun way to dress up macaroni and cheese. Very good!
Prepare macaroni and cheese as directed on package. Cook sausage 6 minutes over medium heat. Add veggies and oregano, continue cooking until veggies are tender. Add macaroni and cheese; mix lightly.

Recipe for Egg and Sausage Casserole. Place bread crumbs in greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Add browned sausage. Blend eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard. Pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Brown sausage and onion in skillet. Pour off drippings. Add milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in macaroni and 1 cup cheese.
Brown sausage and drain. In casserole dish, add soups and rice. Stir well, then add sausage. Cook in oven at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until turning brown on top
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sausage (cut in thirds) and seasoning in greased casserole (use large casserole).
Brown meat with celery, onion, and green pepper, then add rice. Cook soup and add to sausage mixture. Put in casserole; cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
Crumble, brown, and drain sausage. Add all ingredients, except rice, and blend. Stir in rice. If a little dry, add 1/2 soup can of milk. Do not use any salt or seasonings.
Saute' sausage until lightly browned. Last few minutes of browning, add onion, green pepper and celery. Drain off grease. Stir in remaining ingredients, except almonds.
Adding sausage to a potato casserole makes a side dish into a starring main dish for brunch or dinner. This is a great way to use up leftovers.
