It is always difficult to try and place a value on paintings because the descriptions are always confusing and most people do not understand that you can only compare their painting with other paintings with the same EXACT description that is on the COA of their painting.
Your painting has this description on the COA:
Edition has been limited to 2850 impressions on premier grade paper.
Thomas Kinkade LILAC GAZEBO 0/2850 S/N Paper 16" x 12".
No other description will be the same as yours - not a lithograph or canvas, etc.

The third in my series of paintings in honor of my daughter Winsor, Lilac Gazebo.

As a general rule, the designation of S/N is the least expensive of the editions (excluding small sizes, prints, etc.).
This is a description of your painting on the Kinkade website:
However, this edition is not available, so there is no price.
You may have to check off the squares to find your exact painting.
Check: S/N and size listed as not available.
thomaskinkade.com/.../

You can contact their website for value information, but they will only provide names/numbers of local shops for you to check with.
thomaskinkade.com/.../

This listing shows 2 paintings that are of the same edition as yours and the seller is asking $225 for both paintings, which would indicate that one painting would probably be listed at $125.

This is probably a good price for your painting.

This gallery has set its price at $210:
Galleries may be more trustworthy (to the public) when they're looking for a painting.
christcenteredmall.com/.../lilac-gazebo.htm

If you decide to list your painting for sale, you should always start at a higher price, with best offers considered, and leave it listed for several weeks.
If no offers are received, lower the price and wait again.

There is a lot of good information here:

Lilac Gazebo was released in Winsor Manorin - in honor of Thomas Kinkade's third daughter Winsor.
Lilac Gazebo was painted and published in 1996.

The Winsor Manorin includes 3 series: Rose Gate, Winsor Manor and Lilac Gazebo
thomaskinkade.com/.../
Lilac Gazebo is the third in this series of paintings.
Image Size: 16" x 12"

There are Lilac Gazebo: Standard Numbered Paper (2,850 S/N Paper), Artist Proof Paper (285 A/P Paper), Standard Numbered Framed Canvas (2,950 S/N Canvas), Artist Proof Framed Canvas (295 A/P Canvas) . The most expensive is A/P Canvas and the cheapest is S/N Paper.

The certificate says 90/2850 S/N Paper.
Original Issue Price of Lilac Gazebo Limited Edition 2850 S/N Paper was $230, on christcenteredmall.com the price is $210

Just a "heads up" on Bridge of Faith libriary edition paintings, a lot of folks don't realize true value of a repro painting and sell on websites at various prices and over pricing too. You can also look at the paintings on etsy.com and get a good idea. Always keep in mind that a higher pricing may include the type of frame while other sellers see it as a high end item because of the name of painter and don't know perhaps there were a large amount of repos which bring the price down as they aren't so much in demand these days.

You have the option of holding onto it for years and watch if the price increases to your liking. I do believe that all links shared to your post will provide you the important information you desire.

It is difficult to provide an accurate answer without more information, but it appears these are authentic reproductions of Thomas Kinkade paintings.
As I read it, the Kinkade Company provided legal permission to several art studios/companies to make copies of his work and sell them to the public and other studios, who then sold them to the public.
This makes it difficult to provide accurate information as most often there is no official COA provided with these pictures but information about the style, size, material, and name of the painting is located on the back of the painting. It seems the studio name is also supposed to be on the back of the painting.
I believe this information is supposed to be on each painting but not all studios comply and there does not seem to be anyone checking up on this.

It appears your pictures may fall in one of the categories such as shown in this link:

www.ebay.com/.../265749507117?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM...

I believe your pictures were purchased from a studio and then had the pictures framed in the style that suited them.
It appears the frames are plastic (from the pictures) but they could be another material - wood?

Thomas Kinkade pictures are loved around the world, but rights to reproduce were provided so freely, this type of work is prevalent and lowers the value of his real official limited editions/work.
However, it also provides access to his paintings to so many people who could never have afforded any type of his paintings.

If you read about some of his accomplishments, it would be difficult to not agree that his life was of huge benefit to the world.

It appears that you have several paintings that you're trying to find value for resell but no matter how many paintings you have; each painting will have to be researched in the same way.
Research has to be identical to the information on the COA.
There is no other way except to have a professional art appraiser provide current information. An appraiser has information on what paintings have sold that have been sold in private auctions and galleries and lay people like members on ThriftyFun do not have access to this information.

You do not state the size of these paintings so that means no one can even come close to searching for what you have.
This double listing is canvas with images measuring 9x12 and sellers are asking $2,200. How long has it been listed for sale?
No way to tell but you can always place a watch on any painting to see if it sells. many paintings stay listed for years without being sold.
www.ebay.com/.../115333583099?hash=item1ada6ad0fb...

This is one of the paintings; again 9x12 with an asking price of $1,250. This one has been listed at least one year but maybe more and has not sold.
www.ebay.com/.../143203299697?hash=item215794f171...

However; there is a painting that could be like yours listed for sale on the Kinkade website. The size is shown as 12x16 and the price (framed) is shown as $395. If this is like your painting then I would say your painting would be valued considerably less than $395.
If your picture is the smaller size - 9x12 - then most likely it would be even less.
Buyers will always pay more to a gallery than to an independent seller.
