ready to enjoyHealthy and delicious frozen yogurt bars can be made with a handful of ingredients and your blender.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 4-6 mini bars

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cup full fat yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup sugar
Refreshing Frozen Yogurt Bars
 

Steps:

  1. Puree the strawberries, banana, yogurt, honey, and sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. Refreshing Frozen Yogurt Bars
     
  3. Pour the mixture into the ice pop molds or paper cups. Place them in the freezer until frozen.
  4. Refreshing Frozen Yogurt Bars
     
  5. Release the pops from the molds or cups. Enjoy!

You can use any fruit you like or even leave chunks of fruit for a yummy texture!
