One delicious way to make a luscious side dish for the family. Spray your dish with cooking spray. Layer asparagus, cheese, and crackers.
Mix together all ingredients except the butter. Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13-inch pan. Line bottom of pan with a layer of stuffing mix. Spread out asparagus over stuffing mix.
Place asparagus, eggs and crackers in greased baking dish. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, milk and juice.
Place drained asparagus in an 8x8 inch buttered casserole dish. Place enough sliced tomato on top of asparagus to cover.
