Slow Cooker Beef Ribs Recipes

Beef RibsIngredients:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed
  • 3-4 lbs. country style ribs

Combine all but ribs and brush on both sides of ribs. Place ribs in crock pot and pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Half everything for 2 lbs ribs and use a small clove of garlic or 1/4 tsp. from a jar of crushed garlic. Serve with potato salad (from the market), rolls and a salad.

These ribs are lip smacking good. A lot of the measurements in this recipe depend on the amount of ribs you are using. Use your best judgment and your preference of sticky messy ribs.

Combine soy sauce, honey, tomato sauce and garlic. Brush on both sides of ribs. Place in slow-cooking pot. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

In a crock pot, place a sliced onion in the bottom. Put a package of spare ribs in on top of the onion and then cover with a full jar/bottle of BBQ sauce.
