Another one to keep on hand! I also use them for gifts. I keep some small canning jars on hand, with a bow. Voila, a nice last minute gift!

Ingredients:

4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice

Directions:

Mix and store in a airtight jar. Use 1 tsp or more to your taste

Recipe for Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix and Spiced Nuts. In a mixing bowl, beat egg white until frothy. Add water; beat until stiff peaks form. Stir in nuts and toss to coat. Combine sugar and spice; stir into nut mixture.
