M.J., I had never heard of cabbage buns before and decided to do a little research, especially since my signature is "Question Everything" - LOL ;-) They were introduced by Russian-German immigrants and are called Runza's.
All of the recipes I came across were quite similar but this particular recipe stood out because it's quite detailed and easy to follow. If you're not a baker (I am certainly not - LOL) you could probably used pre-made sweet dough. Let us know how you like them.
