This is my recreation of a sandwich served at a local chain, McMenamins. They have been operating in the Pacific Northwest for many years. Their sandwich is similar to a French dip, but with turkey instead of beef. It also has sauteed onions and mushrooms and is served with au jus.
Air Fry Rotisserie Cornish Hen
By 15mhhm15
This is a great recipe if you're busy and want a delicious meal with the help of an air fryer. Have a rotisserie cornish hen ready in 35-40 minutes! This is my first time but you can actually fit 2 hens (but I tried 1 to see how it would turn out) and it's a hit!

I've been making this smoothie for years now with a few alterations along the way. This is a fun popcorn recipe. It is very simple and you can make it in your oven. You can of course choose any flavoring you want, butter, oil, spices, etc.

I find poached eggs to be such a lovely treat. So soft and delicate, yet perfectly cooked. No hard bits, no over-fried edges. Just a pillow of love.

Generally, refreezing thawed meat is not recommended. This is because the quality of the meat will be reduced in this process. Also, if the meat was not thawed in the fridge, there is a strong likelihood that bacteria has started to grow on the meat.
