Grilled Portland Dip

By Jess

A completed Portland dip, cut in half. This is my recreation of a sandwich served at a local chain, McMenamins. They have been operating in the Pacific Northwest for many years. Their sandwich is similar to a French dip, but with turkey instead of beef. It also has sauteed onions and mushrooms and is served with au jus.

Air Fry Rotisserie Cornish Hen

By 15mhhm15

The Cornish game hen on a foil covered platter. This is a great recipe if you're busy and want a delicious meal with the help of an air fryer. Have a rotisserie cornish hen ready in 35-40 minutes! Mock Candy Apple

By littergitter

An apple slice with strawberry glaze topping it.I love candy apples but have not eaten one in years. I don't want to take a chance on breaking a tooth or a crown. I had a little strawberry glaze left over after making a Strawberry Delight cake from a recipe on Thriftyfun. (Link below)

Refreezing Thawed Meat

By Stella

Thawing Meat in a tray.Generally, refreezing thawed meat is not recommended. This is because the quality of the meat will be reduced in this process. Also, if the meat was not thawed in the fridge, there is a strong likelihood that bacteria has started to grow on the meat.
