Just a little about me, I live in a small town on the shores of Lake Michigan in Northeastern Illinois. I just love living in "Small Town USA" :-) I have a very small garden in my little back yard at "The Homestead" here. My little place is next to the state park/forest preserve and I am fortunate to be able to walk and drive through it almost everyday year round :-) I love walking along the beaches and dunes here, watching and photographing the wild life and scenes that I am blessed with seeing during those times :-)
I also love to sew, quilt, do bead work, and enjoy the woldlife around me. Gardening is also a passion of mine. I also love to do cross stitch and needlework and also have crotcheted since an early age. Irish fillet is my favorite type of crocheting :-)
