Chocolate Potato Bon Bons
This is a recipe from when I was a kid that I would sit and do with my grandmother. Very yummy! We would also make them up for my grandfather who was a diabetic. So he could have a treat.
Healthy Caramel Popcorn
Take popcorn that is already popped. Then take 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix with 3 tablespoons of honey. Melt together over low heat till runny. (if it needs to be more liquid, add more honey) Pour over the popcorn. Toss well. The kids and adults I have made this for love it.
