We have 5 month old Pug Chihuahua mix. Toilet training was we thought complete as he was going out the cat door to go toilet by himself. There were no accidents for over a week then out of the blue has decided to go in the house again and just uses the cat door to go out to play.
Does castration help with hyperactivity in dogs? I have 2 small terrier dogs who can be walked for how ever long and they are never worn out.
I have a dining room set made in Philadelphia in 1927. It includes a buffet, hutch, table, and 6 chairs. It does need refinishing. The table was refinished. I am wondering how much I could ask for it?

I have a Jack Russell and a Russell/Yorkie who have been trained to toilet on puppy pads. As I haven't a garden it has been difficult to move the pads outside. How can I retrain them to toilet when I walk them outside only?

I have three avocado trees. They were grown from seeds and they are very tall. They are about ten years old and in all of that time, they only gave avocados one time. They all produced avocados at the same time and a lot of them, but they haven't since then and it has been two or three years.

I'm a recent convert to using home made laundry soap. The ingredients I use are: washing soda, borax, and grated Ivory soap or Fels Naptha. After about 8 months of using this mixture (in a water base, not as a dry soap), I have noticed that none of our towels absorb moisture very well any more.

I can not sit on this couch without smelling the horrible stench of cat urine. I don't think anyone has ever tried to clean it before. It is leather or faux leather, and brand new. And anything that touches it ends up smelling bad too.
