Pork Roast or Beef Brisket Marinade?Can somebody help me? I'm looking for a recipe like one my great grandma use to use for pork roast or beef briskets. It has relish, Heinz 57 sauce, onions and a bunch of other stuff you can marinate with it as well serve it on the side and put a little on top when cooking.
Korean Meat MarinadeCan be soaked overnight. I usually marinate it for about 8 hours with a frozen steak in it. Can be used for pork or chicken cooked on the grill, baked or broiled.
Marinade for ChickenPour into a gallon zip lock bag, add skinned chicken (pieces or whole), seal bag and marinate for 30-45 minutes, turning bag a couple of times.
