Mama Mia MeatballsNow, This is Italian! I found this recipe while I am doing my cook book scrap booking. It's real name is "Orecchiette Mini Chicken Meatballs". What Orecchiette means is simply; small oval pasta. I looked through every brand in the supermarket there was no pasta by that name. The closest I could get was Barilla's Pipette. It looks like small snails. It works! I added my own different tweaks.

Lazy LasagnaCook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a large bowl, toss noodles with all the cheeses. In 2 qt. oblong baking dish, spoon enough sauce to cover bottom.
SpaghettiCheap and easy meal. In a sauce pan melt butter and saute onions,garlic or add garlic powder. Once onions are soft (NOT brown) add tomato paste and sugar combine well and let simmer softly.
Inside-Out RavioliBrown first 3 ingredients. Cook spinach using directions. Drain and reserve the liquid (add water to make 1 cup). Add spinach liquid and next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Simmer 10 minutes.
ManicottiCombine first 7 ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with cheese mixture.
CavatiniCook noodles as package directs. Mix all other ingredients with noodles, using only 1/2 package of cheese. Sprinkle the other 1/2 for topping.
