Easy Chow MeinHeat leftover gravy and roast together. Add celery, seasonings and 3/4 cup water. Cook 5 minutes. Add drained bean sprouts. Heat to a boil. Blend 1/3 cup cold water, cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar.

Stir-Fry Beef with BroccoliCombine 1 tablespoon oil, cornstarch and soy sauce in bowl. Add steak slices, mixing well. Brown onions in 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Add steak, cooking until brown. Add remaining oil and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
Sweet 'N Sour Pork (Microwave)Set power select at medium high. In small glass bowl, combine reserved syrup, vinegar, and cornstarch; heat 3/4 to 1 minute or until thickened, stirring once. Set aside.
PotstickersTake chopped cabbage and add salt. let stand 15 minutes; drain and squeeze. do same thing with chopped zucchini and tofu. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mu Shu PorkIn medium bowl, combine pork, sherry, sugar, and soy sauce. Mix well. Refrigerate from 1/2 hour to 6 hours. In small bowl, combine water, cornstarch and bouillon (set aside).
Hamburger Chow MeinPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute meat and onion in oil, mix all ingredients, except noodles. Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes with cover in medium oven, remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
