Natural Lip PlumperPut your lip balm into a small bowl, add 1 tsp. of cayenne pepper and mash with a spoon. Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the mix; mix well. Then put your lip balm back into it's container.

Simple Body ScrubMake a medium soft paste with baking soda and any carrier oil of your choice, for example: olive oil, coconut, almond, or grapeseed. Apply with a washcloth or loofa pad. Your skin will be amazingly soft. Stand on a hand towel or bathmat because it can be slippery.

Homemade BlushIn a bowl mix two drops of food colouring with 3 Tbsp. of water for light pink, 3-4 drops for medium pink, 5-6 drops for red or dark pink. Yellow makes a peachy colour, blue will give you a purple hue.
