Frugal Liquid Hand Soap TipsLook for any liquid soap that is inexpensive to use as a refill to your hand soap dispensers. I've found liquid bubble bath and shampoos that are much cheaper per ounce than the prepackaged liquid soap refills.
Homemade Bath ScrubMake a paste of baking soda and any oil (I prefer grapeseed oil). Apply to wet skin using a washcloth or loofa pad. The baking soda exfoliates and the oil moisturizes. Be sure to standing on a bathmat or hand towel because it can get slippery.

Witch Hazel and Alcohol Skin TonerI've made my own for years and it works just fine! I use 1/4 cup of rubbing alcohol and 3/4 cup of witch hazel. You can add a couple of drops of blue food coloring to make it look store bought.
Add Pieces of Soap to Exfoliating GloveWhen your bar soap gets too small, place it in a dollar store exfoliating glove. The glove can be hung in your shower, and can be used without worrying about "soaping" it up first. I have been doing it for years; I am cheap.

Vinegar As A Face CleanserDid you know that vinegar is a wonderful cleanser for your face. It's a natural bacteria killer. You mix one part vinegar, one part water and use a cotton swab and wipe all over face.
