PassionflowerThis plant grows wild in my yard. I have at least four, that just pop up in the spring! The flower looks purple in the photo but is a very bright, beautiful blue (periwinkle) color in person.

Spring FlowersThis little red rose if called Freedom Rose. I bought it as a sprig from Walmart 10 years ago. It has one root but is different. It requires a lot of water and regular fertilizing, but the reward is the blooms stay on.

Garden: Lily GardenI look forward every year for these beautiful Asiatic Lilies to bloom. I have had the Pink Pixie for several years but planted the Asiatic White Lily last year. The lilies are planted around two full size geese decoys.

Grandma's Gift: Pink PeonyThis was a well-traveled peony bush! It was taken from cuttings back in 2005 from a bush in my folk's yard, that in turn had come from my Grandma's yard in Wisconsin, more than 35 years earlier.
