Mom's Country Banana PuddingLine the bottom of a large bowl or dish with whole vanilla wafers. Crumble a few wafers and set aside. Lay a layer of banana slices over the layer of wafers. Pour enough pudding over this to create a layer of pudding over top of the wafer and banana layers. Repeat this process until the bowl or dish is filled. Sprinkle the crumbled wafers over top.
Eggnog Rice PuddingPreheat oven to 250 degrees F. combine rice and eggnog in 2-quart baking dish; mix well. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for 2 1/2 hours or until bubbly. Serve warm or chill until serving time.
Tofu Chocolate PuddingCut tofu into small pieces. In a food processor or blender, combine banana, honey, and oil. Add tofu, piece by piece, blending in between. If the mixture is too thick, which will depend on the amount of moisture in the tofu, add water one Tbsp. at a time until mixture reaches a pudding consistency.
Mocha PuddingSift 3/4 cup of white sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler over warm, not boiling water. (Or melt in microwave) Add to dry ingredients with milk and vanilla.

Vanilla Rice PuddingGradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

Martha Washington's Bread and Butter PuddingPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cut crusts from 12 slices white bread. Spread butter; on 1 side of each slice. Butter 8x8 inch baking dish. Arrange 4 slices bread in bottom of dish; sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

Butternut Squash Pudding (Microwave)Pierce squash 6 or 8 times with a fork. Place squash on paper towels in microwave oven. Microwave, uncovered, at high 16-18 minutes, turning squash after 8 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut squash in half, and remove and discard seeds.
Pumpkin Pudding (Microwave)Spread pecans in a single layer in a pie plate. Microwave at high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Chop pecans, and set 1/4 cup chopped pecans aside. Combine 1/4 cup chopped pecans and next 4 ingredients, mixing well.
Cookies and Cream FluffIn a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping and cookies. Spoon into dessert dishes.
Fruit 'n' Pudding DessertIn large bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, pecans, butter and sugar. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Drain pineapple (but reserve the juice), set aside. Place bananas and reserved pineapple juice in small bowl and let sit 10 minutes, then drain juice off of bananas.
Spicy Cornmeal PuddingCombine 1/2 cup cold milk and cornmeal. Add to 2 1/2 cups scalded milk, stirring occasionally. Stir in butter, molasses, salt and spices.

Tapioca PuddingRecipe for Tapioca Pudding. Soak tapioca in 1 cup milk for 1 hour or more. Bring 3 1/2 cups milk to a boil. Stir in the soaked tapioca and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Soda Cracker PuddingRecipe for Soda Cracker Pudding. Mix crackers and brown sugar. Add peanut butter to the melted butter while still hot. When peanut butter is melted, add mixture to crackers. Place in pan, pressing crumbs to sides and bottom. Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for topping.
Strawberry TapiocaRecipe for Strawberry Tapioca. Bring water and salt to a boil and add tapioca. Turn off heat and let set for 35 minutes. Bring to a boil again and add strawberry Jello and raspberry Jello.
Banana Pudding DessertRecipe for Banana Pudding Dessert. Melt butter. Pulse vanilla wafers in food processor. Combine crumbs with melted butter and press into 13 x 9 inch glass baking pan. Place in freezer.
