I came up with this vegetarian chili using kidney beans, then served it with yogurt, cheese and avocado. It turned out so good, it totally satisfied my craving. The meat was not even missed! This chili is comforting on these more chilly days. ;)

Black Bean and Chicken ChiliPut all of the ingredients except the cheese in a crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook covered on high for 4 hours or you can cook it on low for 6-8 hours. Just before serving, add the cheese to the crockpot and stir until it is melted. Serve.
