Product Review: Act Restoring Anti-cavity Fluoride MouthwashAs an adult, dental insurance no longer covers fluoride treatments after a teeth cleaning. A good way to protect ourselves is by using fluoride mouth wash. The only brand I know that has fluoride in their mouthwash is Act, which is also recommended by my dentist.
Product Review: Humana CompBenefitsI was tired of paying $90 to my kids' dentist for each dental cleaning. Then I enrolled in Humana CompBenefits (800.342.5209). Now I pay $56.04 one time per year and each of my children receive two dental cleanings and a check-up with x-rays.

Product Review: Lipozene Fat Burneri just received my Lipozene order today and found that they added more of the product and another product that I had said no to. I thought I was paying $29.95 and I was charged $144.77. I should have read the reviews first. Do not fall for this product.
Product Review: Head-On Headache RemedyHead-On is a product that has been made fun of on TV, but it's a product that works! I get headaches a lot, and sometimes they go into migraines. You can use as much as you need, just rub the stick all over the forehead, and it does take away the pain, most of the time.

Budget EyewearAmong the various healthcare savings tips, I did not see anything regarding eyeglasses. My present glasses are titanium, and have lasted thus far through three sets of lenses. Thus, although fairly expensive, they were a bargain.
