Unusual Fudge RecipeJust ran across this recipe for fudge that is rather unusual, but ez to prepare. I got it from a friend that said his mother use to make it. It makes a large amount!
EZ Microwave FudgeIn a large glass bowl, sift cocoa & powdered sugar together. Place margarine on top of mixture (can cut it up or leave the stick whole) & add the e. milk. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts & spread into an 8"x8" buttered dish. Chill completely. Cut into squares and serve as you wish.
Skillet FudgeCombine ingredients (except vanilla) in a cold 12-inch iron skillet (nothing else will do). Bring ingredients to a hard boil and boil for exactly 1 minute. Pull skillet off range and allow to cool for 5 minutes (do not stir).
Homemade Fudge RecipeIn a large, heavy pan, melt margarine. Stir in pudding mixes and milk, heat until boiling. Boil 1 minute. Stirring constantly, remove from heat, beat in p.. sugar. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9" x 13" baking dish and chill. May garnish as you wish.
