Round Steak and RiceA favorite recipe of mine from the early 70's. It was in a magazine as an ad for rice! "You can have a good meal for two, or a Great meal for 6 from one round steak". I have found that it works for chicken, pork chops, and any beef cut.
Sirloin Steak SpecialCut steak into small pieces. Cook until done. Pour soups and mushrooms in. Stir until heated well. Serve over rice or noodles.
Zesty Lemon SteaksTrim off excess fat from steaks and slash edges to prevent curling. Wipe dry with paper toweling and set aside. In large skillet, combine oil, margarine, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Flank SteakCombine all ingredients except the steak and mix well. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator at least 5 hours, turning several times. Grill approximately 4-5 minutes for each side for serving rare.
Slow Cooker Swiss SteakEasy Peazy! I like it served over a bed of egg noodles. Place meat in slow cooker, toss with steak sauce, top with onions, celery, bell pepper, and tomatoes, cover with lid and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
Steak TeriyakiCut steak into bite-size pieces. Combine next 6 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Add steak. Marinate for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat grill. Grill over hot coals until done, basting often with marinade.
Orange Beef SteakStir the gravy, orange zest, orange juice, and garlic powder in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat the broiler. Place the beef on a rack in a broiler pan.
Mexican SteakPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim excess fat from steak. Cut steak into 4 pieces. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Brown steak in butter in skillet. Place in lightly greased shallow 2 qt. casserole.
Grilled Rib Eye SteaksThe marinating time for these steaks is worth it because they are so tender you can almost cut them with a fork! And don't forget a loaded baker to accompany on the side.
Steak Roll-UpsPound steak, spread with butter, sprinkle with herbs. Roll as jelly roll, tie with string. Brown in hot fat. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic. Cover; simmer 1 1/2 hr. or until meat is tender and sauce is thick.
Pepper SteakCook rice until tender; drain. Cut round steak into strips, then diagonally into bite-size pieces. Cook in a small amount of grease in an electric skillet, stirring occasionally. Add onion and green pepper.
Crock Pot Cubed SteakMy husband loved this. Soak deer cubed steak in vinegar and water mixture for about 1 hour. Slice onion and put in the bottom of crock pot. Drain water off cubed steak and brown lightly in a skillet.

Swiss Cream SteakMakes a tender rich meat dish from a cheaper cut of meat. Flour and season the steak with salt, pepper and paprika, brown in the melted shortening. After you turn the meat add onions, sour cream and grated cheese.
Sirloin SupremePlace steak in roasting pan or Dutch oven. Slice onions over meat; season to taste. Pour soup over all; cover and bake at 250-300 degrees F. for 1 hour.
Crockpot Round Steak and GravyCut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces, remove fat and bone. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting 8 hours or until meat is tender.
Minute SteaksFlavorful minute steaks that are quick and easy that my husband likes. Place oil in pan and turn onto medium heat. Sprinkle seasoning onto both sides of meat.
Bubba's SteakCoarsely crush peppercorns. Paint steaks liberally with mustard. Cover steaks with peppercorns. Place on HOT grill to sear. Paint backside. Cover with peppercorns. Turn over to sear.
Braised SteaksThe V8 juice tenderizes the meat nicely; this is a favorite of the men in my family.
Round Steak SpecialCut round steak into 6-8 portions and brown. When brown, add a slice of onion to each portion. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and potatoes. Let simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 225-250 degrees F. or until tender.
Easy Steak and GravyThis is very good and easy to make. Cut steak into serving-size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brown steak in a small amount of oil.
Chinese Pepper SteakThis is quite good. Heat shortening, add steak strips, garlic salt and pepper. Brown meat, add soy sauce and sugar.
Round Steak SurpriseCut the round steak into strips, trimming the fat. Put meat in a gallon size Ziploc bag with enough flour and pepper to coat meat strips.
Stuffed Minute SteakPreheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix honey and soy sauce in small bowl. Stir hot water and margarine in bowl until margarine melts. Stir in stuffing mix and green pepper. Pound steaks.
Green Pepper SteakPound steak to a 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into 1/4 inch wide strips. Sprinkle meat with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients. Using a large skillet, brown meat in butter. Add garlic and broth.
Steak Ala RabiaMarinate meat (cubed) in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce overnight. Drain. Brown meat, will make it's own juice. Do not overcook. Just before serving add onions, green peppers, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mushrooms
Lemon Pepper SteakCombine the lemon pepper, olive oil, mustard, vinegar and bail together. Brush the steaks with 1/2 of the sauce. Grill or broil one side. Turn the steaks over and brush them with the other 1/2 of the sauce. Continue to cook the steaks until they are done to your liking.
Country Style Round SteakMarinate meat in your favorite combination for several hours. Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in oil with onion and green pepper.
Onion Smothered SteakPlace pieces of round steak in greased baking dish or pot roast pan. Cut up veggies and place in pan. Mix up and pour remaining ingredients on top.
Creole SteakSpicy, southern seasoning make this steak, veggie and rice dish delicious.
Marinated Chuck SteakTrim chuck steak. Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer. Add to marinade, turning to coat. Add to marinade, turning to coat. Let stand for 20 minutes, turning once. Broil steak to desired degree of doneness, brushing with marinade.
Easy Cube Steak DinnerPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium bowl, mix golden mushroom soup and sliced onions. Place cube steaks flat in bottom of 10 inch square covered baking dish. Spoon soup/onion mixture over steaks.
Steaks with French Onion SauceSprinkle steaks with thyme, pepper and garlic powder. In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown steaks in 1 tsp butter on both sides. Remove and keep warm.
Steak RollsThis steak roll recipe can make a delicious main course with potatoes, rice or pasta.
Italian Cube SteaksThis is one of my favorite quick meals. It's inexpensive and healthy eating.
Favorite SteakPour flour into flank steak on both sides. Brown well on both sides. Place in roaster. Add tomatoes, seasoned as you like them. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 2 hours.
Beef RollHave flank steak deeply scored. Mix egg, vegetables, salt and crumbs together. Spread vegetable stuffing on flake steak; roll and tie with string.
Best SteakPreheat grill for high heat. Rub each steak lightly with olive oil (this insures the steak won't stick to the grill). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Rub fresh garlic into both sides of each steak, leaving bits of garlic on each.
Pan-Seared Steaks with Mushroom GravySeason steaks. Cook steaks in large nonstick skillet to desired doneness, turning once. Remove from skillet, and keep warm. Heat butter in pan drippings.

Fiesta Rib Eye SteaksPlace tortillas on a sheet of heavy duty foil. Fold foil around tortillas and seal tightly; set aside. Drizzle both sides of steaks with lime juice. Grill, covered, over medium hot heat for 7-9 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
Peppercorn SteakRub pepper over both sides of steaks. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. In an ungreased skillet over medium high heat, brown steaks on both sides. Add butter and garlic; cook for 4-6 minutes, turning steaks once.
Skillet Pepper SteakIn a large deep skillet, season steaks, put a little bit of olive oil in pan and heat. Then brown steaks on both sides. Add vegetables and saute for 5 minutes, then add 1 cup of water. Add tomatoes, gravy and stir in well.
