Zesty Lemon SteaksTrim off excess fat from steaks and slash edges to prevent curling. Wipe dry with paper toweling and set aside. In large skillet, combine oil, margarine, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Flank SteakCombine all ingredients except the steak and mix well. Marinate the steak in the refrigerator at least 5 hours, turning several times. Grill approximately 4-5 minutes for each side for serving rare.
Sweet and Sour MeatballsIn mixing bowl, combine dry onion soup mix and 1/2 cup water. Beat in eggs with fork. Add ground beef and mix well. Shape mixture into 40 meatballs.
Best Beef BrisketSprinkle beef with seasoned salt and pepper. In a Dutch oven, brown beef in oil on both sides. Remove and set aside. In drippings, saute onions and garlic until tender.
Slow Cooker Swiss SteakEasy Peazy! I like it served over a bed of egg noodles. Place meat in slow cooker, toss with steak sauce, top with onions, celery, bell pepper, and tomatoes, cover with lid and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Orange Beef SteakStir the gravy, orange zest, orange juice, and garlic powder in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat the broiler. Place the beef on a rack in a broiler pan.
Salisbury SteakMix all steak ingredients together. Shape into patties. Place in 9x13 inch pan. Heat sauce ingredients until butter melts. Pour over meat and cover. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
Mexican SteakPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Trim excess fat from steak. Cut steak into 4 pieces. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Brown steak in butter in skillet. Place in lightly greased shallow 2 qt. casserole.
Grilled Rib Eye SteaksThe marinating time for these steaks is worth it because they are so tender you can almost cut them with a fork! And don't forget a loaded baker to accompany on the side.
Beef Au' JusRub roast with garlic salt and pepper, liberally. Brown. Cover and cook slowly 2 hours. Slice meat thinly. Place onions in pan. Pour in soup and beef broth.
Pop Pot RoastPlace the roast in a pan which has a tight cover. Sprinkle the garlic powder over roast. Spread with soup. Next, sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top and pour the Coke or Pepsi over all.

Swiss Cream SteakMakes a tender rich meat dish from a cheaper cut of meat. Flour and season the steak with salt, pepper and paprika, brown in the melted shortening. After you turn the meat add onions, sour cream and grated cheese.
Sirloin SupremePlace steak in roasting pan or Dutch oven. Slice onions over meat; season to taste. Pour soup over all; cover and bake at 250-300 degrees F. for 1 hour.
Lazy RoastLine baking pan with a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the above ingredients and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 3 1/2-4 hours.
Crockpot Round Steak and GravyCut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces, remove fat and bone. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting 8 hours or until meat is tender.
Pizza BurgersBrown meat. Add the can of pizza sauce. Cut buns in half, butter each half and place face up on a cookie sheet. Spread each half bun with the meat mixture.
Beach Boy's Pot RoastIt is ten minutes to put in the pot, 3 ingredients and so good. Cut some slits in roast and insert garlic slivers. Place beef in crockpot. Dump peppers and all of the juice on top. Crock all day on low.
Beef SupperMelt shortening in large skillet. Cook and stir meat and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Add water; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 minutes.
Minute SteaksFlavorful minute steaks that are quick and easy that my husband likes. Place oil in pan and turn onto medium heat. Sprinkle seasoning onto both sides of meat.
Pot Roast To Die For (Crockpot)Quick, easy, crock pot, delicious, cheap. Place any size beef roast in crock pot. Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast.
Bubba's SteakCoarsely crush peppercorns. Paint steaks liberally with mustard. Cover steaks with peppercorns. Place on HOT grill to sear. Paint backside. Cover with peppercorns. Turn over to sear.
Braised SteaksThe V8 juice tenderizes the meat nicely; this is a favorite of the men in my family.
Round Steak SpecialCut round steak into 6-8 portions and brown. When brown, add a slice of onion to each portion. Add stewed tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and potatoes. Let simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 225-250 degrees F. or until tender.
Easy Steak and GravyThis is very good and easy to make. Cut steak into serving-size pieces and season with salt and pepper. Lightly brown steak in a small amount of oil.
Chinese Pepper SteakThis is quite good. Heat shortening, add steak strips, garlic salt and pepper. Brown meat, add soy sauce and sugar.
Round Steak SurpriseCut the round steak into strips, trimming the fat. Put meat in a gallon size Ziploc bag with enough flour and pepper to coat meat strips.
One Pan Pot RoastPre-heat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix the soups, Gravy Master and water together in the bottom of a large, roasting pan (I use a foil pan and put it on a cookie sheet, so it doesn't bend when you try to put it in the oven).
Slow Cooker Pot RoastSimple, Good And Easy. This simple pot roast makes its own gravy in the slow cooker.
Hamburger Steak With GravyThis is economical to make. Evenly divide the meat and shape into 4 oblong (oval) patties. Flatten with hands and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
