Keeping Gel Pills From Getting Sticky In Hot WeatherI found a simple way to keep my pills from sticking together in my weekly pill holder. I have 3 or 4 gel caps and, in this hotter weather, they stick together or to the container.

How to Store a PlungerI try to keep the plunger close but hidden. So I use a large plastic bag to keep it covered then store it in the bathroom cabinet. When used, I clean it by spraying it with a cleaner and then rinse. When dry, I cover with a plastic bag and store out of sight!
