Easy Baby Back RibsMy friend brought me a big rack of ribs before heading out of town. As it's so hot in Southern California, I decided to make them outside on the outdoor griddle. This was super easy to do and I barely had to tend to them. I gave it a spice rub, put it on the heat, flipped it once, then brushed it with my favourite barbecue sauce. They were perfect!
