Bread SoupThis is an old recipe, but it's kind of fun and different! Cube bread. Put into large bowl. Add milk and desired amount of sugar. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving. Each person adds the amount of berries he so chooses.
Baked PineappleCut bread into squares. Melt margarine. Brown bread until crisp. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into dish.
Keystone Frozen Fruit CupMix all ingredients together and pour into cups. Freeze. Thaw 1 1/2 hours before serving. Should be slushy. Makes 20 - 5oz. servings.
Mandarin Orange SaladMix crackers, margarine and sugar. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Pat rest in 9x13 inch pan. Mix together milk and orange juice. Fold in Cool Whip and drained oranges.

Marinated FruitQuick, easy, delicious and nutritious. Drain the pineapple and reserve the juice. Mix the juice with the pudding and Tang.
Quick Cherry Mix first 3 ingredients (drain pineapple). Add any or all of rest ingredients. (Or anything that sounds good.) Dish and serve.
Cinnamon PineappleIn a saucepan, mix the pineapple juice & both bags of cinnamon candies. Bring to a medium heat, stirring candies till dissolved. Put both cans of drained pineapple into the saucepan with liquid. Mix well. Refrigerate and allow pineapple to soak up liquid.
Red Hot ApplesaucePeel and core apples and chop into large chunks. Place in saucepan and cover almost completely with water. Cover pan. bring to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.

Cherry CrunchMix pie filling and cherries. Spread in 8x8-inch baking pan. Mix Bisquick, nuts, sugar, cinnamon.

Fresh Fruit on a CloudLine cookie sheet with waxed paper. In small bowl beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Then add Cool Whip. Beat on high until smooth. Fold in marshmallows.
Marinated PineapplePlace pineapple in large heatproof bowl. In small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally; cook 1 minute.

Fruit PattiesRecipe for Fruit Patties. Grind figs, dates, raisins, cherries, almonds, walnuts and pecans. You may have to use the coarse blade the first time for the almonds, then they will go through a finer blade.
Minted PearsRecipe for Minted Pears. Bring sugar and water to a boil for 5 minutes. Add mint flavoring and a generous 2-3 shakes of the green food coloring; mix well. Add about 9 pears which have been peeled, halved and cored.
Cinnamon PearsRecipe for Cinnamon Pears. Drain juice from can of Bartlett pears (1 lb size). Add 1/3 cup red cinnamon candies and 2 drops of red food coloring. Boil juice until candies have melted. Then pour back over pears and when cold, store in refrigerator.
Coated GrapesMix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix with sour cream and vanilla. Pour over grapes.
Pears Poached in Raspberry SyrupThaw the raspberries and press through a fine sieve. Pour the water through the pulp. Discard the pulp. Put juice in a saucepan, add the sugar and cornstarch (mixed with a little water) and bring to a boil.
Honey Fruit DressingIn a mixing bowl, combine sugar, mustard, paprika, celery seed and salt. Add honey, vinegar, lemon juice and onion. Pour oil into mixture very slowly, beating constantly.
Fruit Salad with Strawberry DressingArrange alternate layers of fruit on a bed of crisp spinach greens on individual plates. Garnish generously with cashews and a handful of grapes. Stir strawberry vinegar into sour cream. Drizzle over fruits and serve. Makes about 6 servings...
Mock Canned PineappleMix together and simmer 20 minutes. Fill hot clean jars; seal. Put in hot water bath for 20 minutes for pints or 25 minutes for quarts...
Apricot Coconut BallsCombine apricots and coconut. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend well. Shape into small balls and roll in powdered sugar. Let stand till firm.
Tutti Fruitti CupsA delicious alternative to store bought fruit cups. They would be great as a dessert or a special snack for your kids on a hot day.
Baked BananasPeel bananas and slice in 1/2 lengthwise. Place in a buttered pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and your preference of sugar. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
Strawberries 'n CreamRinse the berries and pat dry with paper towels. Trim off the stem end and cut in half lengthwise. Cut a thin strip off the bottom of each berry half so they will sit upright without tipping over.
Fresh Strawberries with Cream DipCombine cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl; beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar, mixing well. Chill 1 hours. Serve with fresh strawberries.
