Ham and Swiss MeltsSoften the butter, and mix in the garlic powder, onion flakes, poppy seeds and mustard. Spread the mixture on the kaiser rolls and add the ham and cheese. Wrap each sandwich, individually, in aluminum foil and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
French DipPlace the roast in a crock pot. In a bowl, mix the beef broth, au jus mix and the Italian mix together and pour it over the roast. Cook on low until the meat is done. You can make this the day before and take off any fat on the meat and re-heat.
Mermaid DelightCombine 1 1/2 cups of Miracle Whip, cucumber, and milk. Mix well. Combine tuna, bread crumbs, 1 cup of Miracle Whip, egg and onion. Mix lightly. Shape into six patties. Brown on both sides of margarine.
Cajun Burgers With Bayou SauceFor yummy Cajun burgers mix together in a large bowl; beef, green pepper, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, lemon rind, hot pepper sauce and salt, and shape into 4 patties. Cover and refrigerate for a least l hour or up to 8 hours.
Soup BurgersBrown hamburger and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve on buns.
Dad's Favorite HamburgerMom made this up because dad needed a healthier Burger. Mix all ingredients, except salt, in a bowl and form patties. Use the 1/8 teaspoon salt to sprinkle in a hot iron skillet and fry to sear both sides, then turn fire down to finish cooking.<
"Frog" SandwichesThere are really no frogs here. Mom made these when I was growing up. I thought it looked like a frog squashed between bread, hence the name.
Campfire BunsSimple, cheap, and can be made ahead of time. Combine all ingredients and spoon between hamburger buns. Wrap in foil and heat in 350 degree F. oven 15 - 20 minutes.
Spicy Veggie Burgers for TwoLove the kick of the jalapeno ;-) In a bowl, mash lima beans. Mix in onion, jalapeno pepper, crushed crackers, egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. Divide and shape into two patties.

Beef SandwichesPlace cabbage in crock pot. Trim excess fat from roast. Cut toast in half. Place over cabbage. Combine next 11 ingredients in bowl. Pour over roast; cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Remove roast. Shred. Combine water and flour in bowl.
Shredded Beef SandwichesCut roast in half; place in a slow cooker. Combine onion, vinegar, bay leaves and salt; if desired, cloves and garlic powder. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or until the meat is very tender.
Swiss DipMix all ingredients together, cook in pan till bubbles. Serve on dark breads, crackers, or veggies.
