Is Walmart Paint Quality Paint?
I work in paint at Walmart. Color place is marked PPG on the box and shows it is supplied by Sherwin Williams. The Color place ultra is Kilz. It even comes in a Kilz box when it arrives. With that said, is what's inside the can the same? I don't know.
