Weight Watchers Diet Plan from Late 1980s to early 1990s?
If you have copies of the 4 weeks of quick start plan could you email to me. It was a great program and I desperately need to start it due to health. The weekly sheets I would put on the fridge and could keep up with what I ate back then.
