What you can do is put on your foundation. Then concealer and powder. After that you can put on blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, etc. The foundation and powder makes the makeup stick.
Solutions for Dry Hands?
What my mom used to make me do is, put moisturizer on your hands and then put a sock on it. You may want to do this before you go to bed. Take off the sock in the morning.
