Acrylic Overlay and Natural Nails?
I heard bio gel is natural and the healthiest for your nails. Ive taken off my acrylics and my own nails are a mess. Not only weak and cracked but big indents in the nail bed itself. Im embarrassed to show them....would the bio gel be ok long term?
