Less Free Disk Space After Document Cleanup?Does anyone know what caused less free disk space to occur after cleaning up oodles of MBs of old and unnecessary documents, videos and photos? Shouldn't there be more instead of less percentage of free disk space?

Reporting Contest Winnings to IRS?Does anyone know what the rules are about winning various contests in regards to reporting the winnings (whether cash or a prize) to the IRS? Is there a minimum amount allowed that you can win that you do not have to report and declare.

Link: Cootie Catcher Directions?Do You Remember Cootie Catchers? In no time at all, school will be out for the summer and the children will need to be kept busy. Well, here's one fun printable toy for children that, even we older geezers who used to make them when young, would have fun with!

Freezing Jello?Has anyone ever tried freezing Jello? I am pretty sure it would be okay if eaten while still frozen as a Popsicle, but what about if you let it thaw in the fridge instead?

What Internet Home Page Do You Use?I have used Google as my home page since it launched, but have been quite irritated with it since they came up with 'Google Instant' a few months ago. It slows my searches way, way down and also Instant does not show my MacAfee alerts of whether a link is okay, etc.

Ethiopian Injera (Flat Bread)?Does anyone here at ThriftyFun have a "tried and true" recipe for injera? I absolutely love Ethiopian food, but there are no Ethiopian restaurants within even two hours of where I live now.

Can I Refresh the Color on Faded Silk Plants? I have some really nice silk plants that I've used to decorate my patio balcony rails in rectangular pots for almost four years. They still look new and fresh on the side that faces in to my apartment, but the side that faces out to the courtyard has faded really, really badly from the sun.

Chicken Alfredo? This recipe is not 'gourmet' but it's quick, easy and tasty. I have made it for about four decades. I use boxed PastaRoni (RiceaRoni sibling) but instead of following the boxed directions, I heat 1/2 cup milk and 3 tbls butter (no water because not using the water gives a far more tasty flavor and thicker sauce) in a saucepan while the pasta is cooking.

What Book Got You Hooked?I vote for the Literacy site for free, among others, daily so those sites will receive donations for their cause . Right now the Literacy site has a question posted: "What Book Got You Hooked?"

Hyundai Elantra Wiper Fluid Reservoir is Cracked?I have a 2000 Hyundai Elantra Wagon and the windshield wiper fluid reservoir has cracked and won't hold any fluid. I have called around for the replacement part and the cost is outrageous for a piece of plastic.

Digital Camera Won't Connect to Computer?Does anyone have a suggestion(s) to help troubleshoot why all of a sudden my Canon PowerShot S2 IS digital camera has stopped having download capability to my computer? Is it the camera and/or some sort of computer glitch that needs to be reprogrammed?

Creative Salad Dressing Combinations? My question is for foodies and non-foodies. I've always loved flavor experimentation and combining assorted salad dressings is one of those experiments. My absolute favorite mixtures are Good Season's Zesty Italian with either Hidden Valley Ranch or the Zesty Italian with Marie's Blue Cheese.

Sage Plant Smells Like Cat Spray When Watered?I love using sage in quite a few of my recipes, but I've always purchased it dry. This summer I decided to grow it to use fresh or to dry my own and, since it's a perennial, it will grow indoors in my dining room window this winter.

A worn pink blanket.

Restoring Childhood Blanket?I have a pink and white old fashioned design twin size blanket that I've had since age of eight in 1963. Guess you could call her a sort of baby blanket. Anyway, she is threadbare now with a few holes.
