Grate and Use Parmesan Rind
I find the rind hard to grate. How do you do this? Is it being grated in an appliance or by hand?
Uses for Overripe Bananas?
Cut in half, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and saute in a pan with a little butter till softened.....delicious!
