Its a varigated hoya.

What is This Houseplant?
It is a varigated hoya. The leaves are very tough and leathery. It will trail, can be trained on a trellis or around a window. The flowers are waxy looking, white and sweet smelling. They are quite moist and drip a bit of nectar.
