Beautiful, but not a lily of the nile, its an iris.

 

What Are the Brown Bumps on My Tiger Lily Stem?
They are bulbils. You may pick them off and pot them up, eventually forming new plants, or just simply drop them at the base of the plants where they will grow.

 

What is this Plant?
It could be sidalcea or prairie mallow. It is considered a miniature hollyhock.
