14 Month Old Does Not Want to Stop Nursing?My 14 month old son does not want to stop nursing. I really need to go back to work. He nurses with the gusto of a newborn, every 3-4 hours plus some table food. Please don't say to take a feeding that he isn't interested in and try to eliminate that one because he's interested in all of them.

Getting Back Into Nursing Job After a Long Absence?I am an RN in Illinois with a current license. My problem is that I have not worked in the past 9 years. I did speak with 3 nurse recruiters at local hospitals and they all recommended I take a refresher course. None of them could tell me of any so I had to research myself. I found 2 online but you have to arrange your clinical rotation yourself. The other one isn't exactly local and these cost between $1000-2000! I don't have that kind of money.
Switching a Baby from Nursing to Table Foods?I have a 7 month old baby who is nursing. He has 2 teeth, sits up, reaches for things, 20 lbs, etc. All the signs that he should be ready for table food/baby food. The problem is that he has no interest in food.
Advice On Using Cosmetology Schools?I'm looking to save some money on haircuts and highlighting. It's now $42 for a haircut and in excess of $115 with highlights and lowlights. Please don't suggest going to Cost Cutters or other cheapie places as you truly get what you pay for. Does anyone actually use the cosmetology schools on a regular basis? I know they're supposed to be supervised but I'm still nervous to try them. You probably get a different person each time and it probably takes 3 times as long to get done (I've heard.) Any suggestions welcome.

Don't think I actually filled out a survey. Had to sign up for a bunch of junk email that took about 10 minutes of my time to get paid 40 cents.
Boston terrier with Gas?I have a 3 year old Boston Terrier and she has become increasingly gassy over the past few months. It's so nasty, it could knock you over. I don't know how to express the glands nor is that something I think I want to do myself! Are there any other options?
