Bissell Carpet Shampooer Isn't Working?
Bissel little green won't spray... we did all trouble shooting tips & found clean water leaking out the bottom machine. The seal is bad on plug itself. Wrapped it w plumbers tape & runs as good as day we purchase it. Love this machine!
