Identifying a Houseplant? (Money Tree)
Looks like an avocado. I've started a few from the pit of ones from the grocery store.
What is This Plant? (Chinese Evergreen)
I have inherited this plant from my grandmother. Her's is about 30 years old. I've been told it was a peace lily. I've only seen it bloom once. Easy to care for. Doesn't like a lot of water. It prefers low light. Hope this helps.
