Uses for Cigarette Ash?
Cigarette butts - or Dog ends - contain Nicotine, which is a powerful insecticide. Soak them in hot water, then drain off the resulting liquid. It smells bad, looks bad and it is bad - for garden pests; aphids, caterpillers, etc.
