Heat soup and milk to creamy consistency. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake in uncovered casserole at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

This is a very tasty casserole that is also very versatile. Though the recipe calls for corn flakes, I like to use potato chips as well and it's also nice to make it a one-dish meal by adding veggies of your choice.
Cook celery and pepper in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Heat milk and cream cheese in a pan over low heat until smooth, stirring constantly.
Melt butter, add rice and cook over low heat, stirring until golden brown. Add water and salt, continue cooking until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
I love ham and cheese together in most everything. This recipe is no different. Very good!
Layer rice, ham, onion, and broccoli in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, cheese, and milk; spread over broccoli. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
