Gluten Free Breakfast Ideas

September 6, 2013

I found a wonderful meal choice for my daughter who is on the GFCFSF (Gluten Free, Casein Free, Soy Free) Diet. It is a diet that doesn't upset her many food sensitivities, as many foods do for children who are on the Autism Spectrum. The reasons have to do with so many of them having difficulty digesting milk and wheat.

I can put the broth in ice cube trays, add it to cats diet to make them healthier also, and it is wonderful to know there are no additives in the broth, and it is very comforting to the gut and stomach.
