I purchased this piece at a thrift store but have been unable to find any Armani pieces with the same mark as on mine. Other pieces that look like mine have the crown in their mark. Does anyone know anything about this mark?
The Neapolitan "N" and crown pottery mark were never trademark protected. There have been many variations with different fonts of the "N" and different styles of the crown or coronet. Technically any porcelain maker could use this mark and claim to be Capodimonte porcelain. And many have.
I found a mark similar to yours. It seems to me that your doves have the same initials G.A. on the back of the tail. As I understood, the owner of that figurine also cannot identify his figurine.

There are many pieces listed for sale online that claim to be Giuseppe Armani pieces but the GA Society estimates that over 50-60% (and maybe even more) are not true GA pieces. The GA marks were never legally protected so basically anyone can use the marks but it is illegal to copy original GA pieces and put their marks on the pieces.
Most sellers probably believe the items they're selling are GA pieces and know very little about 'knock-offs'.
I believe that is the case with your doves as there does not appear to be any official mark that resembles yours.
You have to look at every piece of the mark to be able to know the differences.
The GA official does not show a mark anywhere close to your mark that has any resemblance to a 'crown'.
I was provided with this site that sometimes will respond about GA marks. You might try contacting them to see what they can tell you.

The fact is that not this Neapolitan "N" with crown mark, but Armani's initials is proof of his authorship. The "N" crown mark is that of any maker who wishes to be associated with the mark of Capodimonte. And as I already wrote, because there is no trade mark restriction for this "N" crown mark, so quality of make varies.
I am curious what the site says. I have been so obsessed with trying to find the mark, that I neglected to get on my good screen and really look at the figure itself. Had I done that first, I would have had what I feel now to be true--that it is an homage piece to the brand and not an original.
Why? The paint on the figure does not (to me) have the G.A. quality. Works by this brand are crisp in their paint lines and the colors are not muddied. The eyes on your figure look off, and the berries and leaves the birds are sitting on do not look professionally made (again (to me).
Just my opinion, but I feel this is an homage piece to the brand and not an original.
You can sell a piece like this without using any brand and let the buyer buy it for the content, maybe. This is a fine line if it is an homage piece--like homage purses, if you have one of those and the company finds out, they make you destroy it. I will have to ask my business lawyer if the rules are the same in a case like this, if it is truly not an GA original.

I have 3 Giuseppe Armani figurines. They all have characters like the one in the photo, older men. This one with the cello, one standing with an accordion, and one of a drunk older man slumped on a table. I found the name for the last one, it is "One too many". I would like to know how to find the names for the other two and what series this belongs to. Are there any collectors groups for this series? I know there are groups for G. Armani, but I want to know if there is anything specific for this series. What "finish" is this? Any information would be helpful. I would also like to find out how much they are worth.

I thought the one with the drunk man is called Night's End, so I am curious to see if you have one different than the one I know.
These are not, that I remember, and I sold lots of them when I worked at Hallmark, a series per se. There are numerous figures with the "old man" theme...like Nights End, there is an old man on a bench, an old man giving a boy a haircut, an old man darning socks, and so many more.
As for official names, unless there is a box or someone remembers the name (for some reason, I remember Night's End, but can't remember too many of the other names). When I research, I end up finding them by their topic (see above). When we sold them, we told people to keep the boxes, which clearly few people did. With the box they are worth slightly more because you can get the official name and year. Sometimes they are listed as the Armani, sometimes they are other Capodimonte.
They sell (or don't sell) at a huge variety of prices. The cello figurine is on eBay now with an asking price of $29.39 so if he sells that will be the current market value.

The "drunk" figurine is named "Night's End" and can be found in many places for sale but I did not see a sold listing for any of these so no way to presently place current value. He seems to be listed under both names.
You might want to check with Reproductions to see if they are interested in buying - if they are; they will give you a low figure but can also supply information about each figurine.

I have been left this Capodimonte in my father's will, I am trying to find out more information as to the sculptor. It is signed but I am having trouble finding information about the sculptor. It has the Capodimonte mark. I have been told it is from approximately 1939 and called the Clock Maker.
It is very large and heavy. Weight is 6kg. Height is 14in/35cm. Width is 15in/38cm. Depth is 10.75in/27.4cm. It is in beautiful condition. Any information would be great.
TONI CINGANO was an artist for the brand in the mid to late 20th century. The style matches, the signature matches, but that does not fit 1939. I have seen some people call him/her Tomi C and Tomi G because the signature is hard to read.
The pieces are porcelain. Mostly found in Europe.
