Preheat grill to medium.
Arrange chops on a large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold outer edges up to create a baking pan or use a disposable aluminum baking pan. Evenly top each chop with basil and garlic, then each with a tomato slice. Season tomatoes with salt to taste, drizzle each with vinegar, then drizzle each with olive oil, and cover well with aluminum foil.
Grill until the pork almost cooked, about 20 to 25 minutes, top each chop with a slice of mozzarella and continue grilling, covered with foil, until the cheese melts, about 3 to 5 minutes, and serve.

This recipe was given to me by my mother and only has 4 ingredients and is very simple and delicious.
This is from an old cook book to help people on very small budgets make better, more nutritious, tastier meals. That describes most of us nowadays.
Serve the orzo and peas topped with the pork chops and then sprinkle with Parmesan.
Before I became allergic to wheat, I used self rising flour for cooking smothered pork chops. When I had to go gluten free, I found that Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick works just as well.
As long as you don't overcook, this recipe turns out so nice and tender. Slowly brown the pork chops in a lightly oiled skillet. Add cranberries, sugar and water to pork chops.
Heat some vegetable oil in a fry pan over med-high heat. Sprinkle salt and pepper over pork chops. Cook in the pan till done. Remove pork chops to a plate.
Brown pork chops in skillet. Cover with onions. Spread undiluted orange juice over onions. Season to taste. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Mix thyme, marjoram and paprika in small bowl. Press herb mixture onto both sides of pork chops.
It's easy, husband loves it, great flavor. Cook pork chops with onions and butter in skillet until done, in a separate pan cook mushrooms, cook lima beans in microwave or just thaw.
I am looking for different ways to fix pork chops.

This is a very easy recipe, and it's family's favorite:
Mustard-Baked Pork Chops
4 thick pork chops (1" thick is good; shorter is OK)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking pan with Pam. Coat one side of each pork chop with mustard and put the chop in the pan with the mustard side down. Coat the other side of the pork chop with mustard and then put a generous amount of bread crumbs on top of the mustard, patting it down into the mustard so that it stays on top. You can pour some melted butter over the bread crumbs if you'd like, but I don't find the improvement to be worth the extra fat). Bake about 30 minutes and enjoy.
We stocked our freezer with pork chops because of the great sale on them. Mix and match seasonings. Lemon pepper is a good one. Italian dressing. Root beer/cola/or even beer would make a great simmering liquid for them, leaving a mild taste and great sauce.Thin slice pork chops and use in a stir fry. Pound em thin, bread/fry em, cover in gravy for 'jagerschnitzel'.
Hi Min! Ha, What is "Bone-Sucking sauce"? Do we have that here in the USA? Sounds finger-lickin' good!
