Ingredients:
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup kernel corn, drained
Steps:
Sift together: flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix together egg and milk.
Take your flour bowl and make a hole in the center. Gradually add the egg mixture; stirring constantly. Then add the corn and mix well.
Grease your frying pan or griddle. Heat to medium. Drop batter by 2 teaspoons full. Fry until golden brown, and turn once. Keep warm in 170 degree F oven until ready to serve!
Combine corn and egg in a bowl. Sift in flour and beat until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Heat sufficient oil or fat in a frying pan to cover base.
