This tastes just like the real thing, at least to me. Oh my, it is wonderful!
Ingredients:
- pancakes made and chilled in the refrigerator.
- strawberry yogurt
- maple syrup
Directions:
Make the pancakes - I used a mix like Bisquick. Chill them in the refrigerator, I left them all day.
Put them on a plate, chilled, and then pour some syrup on them first, then some strawberry yogurt. Be generous, about one half inch thick on them and enjoy.

1 large pancake equals one serving
